What’s in a name?

RK&A is now Kera Collective.  Our new name is the result of our continuous learning, evolving, and growing in service of helping museums make a difference in people’s lives and contribute to social good.

Kera, from the ancient word "aukera," represents possibility, and Collective signifies our deep commitment to collaboration.

Kera is also a nod to our long history and enduring legacy; it contains all the letters of our previous name—RK&A—which grew from Randi Korn & Associates, founded more than 30 years ago by Randi Korn, a visionary in the field of museum planning, research, and evaluation and author of Intentional Practice for Museums: A Guide for Maximizing Impact.

We are proud of our roots and excited to create new possibilities with our clients as Kera Collective!
