Capacity Building

RK&A offers evaluation capacity building services for museums and other cultural organizations in the areas of evaluation planning and evaluation training. We help staff plan and design integrated evaluation strategies across the organization to build an evaluative culture, and we train practitioners to carry out simple evaluations independently. Capacity building in evaluation is becoming increasingly important as organizations begin to respond to funders’ requests for proof of results. Our capacity building work falls into two arenas: evaluation planning and evaluation training.

For details on the six Building Evaluation Capacity workshops we offer, see our brochure here.
