We are proud of the partnerships we have built with our clients.
Randi, it was a very great pleasure to work with you and your team on the Future Energy Chicago project. The experimental nature of this project created some unique challenges, and throughout the entire process your team was thoughtful, precise, and highly collaborative. We greatly appreciate the deep level of insight that you personally brought to the table, and together with your exceptional team, RK&A’s work was critical to making our project a success.

Randi, we just had our board retreat with the subject focusing on the new building. Our goal was to coalesce around a shared vision for the New Burke.
We prepared them by sending the RK&A “Audience/Impact Framework” and the “RK&A “Visitor experience study.” We talked all day about our audiences, and people called out “Idea Seekers” and “Fans.” I just wanted you to know how valuable your work continues to be in our efforts to plan the new Burke. We refer to it repeatedly and are planning a quality future because of the work.
You are a master and I am so glad that we were lucky enough to find you.
